Delivery Area
Products are available for pickup in Finland and for shipping within Finland.
Pickup Methods

REKO distribution events
Agreed pickup points

Pickup time and location will be confirmed directly with the customer after the order.
Pickup must be completed promptly to maintain product quality and the cold chain.
Shipping

Shipping is available within Finland
Orders are shipped via Matkahuolto
Typical delivery time is 1–3 business days (most often next business day)
Shipping day is Wednesday

Shipping Conditions

Minimum order value for shipped orders: 50 €
Shipping cost: 25 €, including:
- Insulated Styrofoam cooler box
- Ice gel packs
Orders of 199 € or more qualify for free shipping

Once the order is ready for pickup by the carrier, responsibility for timely collection transfers to the customer. Campas Meats cannot be held responsible for quality issues caused by delayed pickup or a broken cold chain.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days, depending on product availability and production schedule.
Product Quality & Freshness
Products are made fresh in small batches and are vacuum sealed and kept cold.
Shelf life varies by product, particularly fresh sausages.
Customers are responsible for proper storage after pickup or delivery.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Delivery Area:
We currently deliver within Finland (excluding Åland due to temperature-controlled food regulations).

Delivery Methods:
– Matkahuolto refrigerated shipping: insulated EPS box + cold packs
– Pickup from REKO distribution events or our agreed pickup point in Salo

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We ship early in the week to ensure that products do not sit in transit over the weekend.

Temperature & Packaging:
All products are packed to maintain a 0–4 °C cold chain during transport.
We use food-safe vacuum packaging and certified EPS insulation boxes.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to Matkahuolto’s current rates.

Returns:
Food products cannot be returned unless the item is defective.
