This ground beef is made from a Finnish Wagyu crossbreed (75% Wagyu), using carefully selected cuts from across the animal — not just one single muscle. That whole-animal approach creates a balanced, deeply beefy flavor, the way ground beef has traditionally been made by real butchers.
Wagyu genetics bring naturally higher marbling, which means more flavor, more juiciness, and a richer eating experience. The result is ground beef that cooks beautifully — aromatic, deeply savory, and never dry.
Rather than targeting a fixed fat percentage, we let the animal speak. The naturally higher fat content gives you a softer texture, better browning, and that unmistakable, steak-like richness Wagyu is known for.
Our beef comes from a small Finnish farm in Kokemäki, where animals are raised with a strong focus on natural feeding and animal welfare.
