Our Premium Burgers are handcrafted from Finnish Wagyu crossbreed beef (75% Wagyu) — naturally rich, deeply flavorful, and exceptionally juicy thanks to its higher marbling.
Each patty weighs 150g — thick, generous, and made the proper butcher way. We use a coarse grind for that signature bite and bold beef flavor, with no fillers.
The result is a burger that eats more like a steak — rich, juicy, and full of character.
Our beef comes from a small Finnish farm in Kokemäki, where animals are raised with a strong focus on natural feeding and animal welfare.
We blend classic New York steakhouse inspiration with bold, comfort-driven flavors. Every burger is vacuum-packed fresh and ready for grill or pan.

How to enjoy
These burgers are made thick (150g) and juicy — treat them like a proper steak.
Cook it right
•Bring to room temperature before cooking
•Season lightly (except Boom Poivre — already perfect)
•Cook on high heat, grill or cast iron
•3–4 minutes per side
•Rest 3–5 minutes before serving
Internal temp guide
•Medium: 60–63°C
•Medium-well: 65–68°C
Because this is premium ground beef, we recommend cooking at least to medium.
